By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top tells you when it was last revised. We encourage you to review it periodically.

House of Diams is a fine jewelry brand specializing in diamonds and bespoke pieces. Our workshop is based in Surat, India, where our jewelry is designed and crafted. Your personal information is processed in India and may be accessed by our service providers in other countries. See Section 9 — International Data Transfers for details.

For the purposes of GDPR and similar laws, the data controller is House of Diams.

- Subscribe to our newsletter or WhatsApp updates — your email address, phone number, and marketing preferences.

- Contact us — by email, phone, WhatsApp, contact form, live chat, or DM on social media: any information you choose to share.

- Submit a custom design or bespoke request — sketches, reference images, inscriptions, design notes, and any details you provide about the recipient.

- Leave a review or testimonial — your name, photo, video, or written feedback.

- Engage with us on social media — comments, DMs, tagged photos, and any content you post that mentions or tags us.

When you visit our Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:

- Our workshop in Surat, India — order and design details are shared with our craftsmen so they can produce your piece.

- Insurance providers and appraisers — when needed for shipping insurance, warranty, or appraisal services.

- Professional advisors — accountants, lawyers, and auditors, where reasonably necessary.

- Government, law enforcement, or regulators — when we are legally required to share information, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the rights of others.

- In connection with a business transaction — if House of Diams is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We'll notify you of any change in control.

- With your consent — for any other purpose you agree to.

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Some of our advertising partners (such as Meta and Google) may collect or receive information from our Site through cookies and pixels and use it to show you targeted ads. Under California, Colorado, and certain other state laws, this kind of cross-context behavioral advertising can be classified as a "sale" or "share" of personal information. House of Diams operates from Surat, India, where our workshop is based. Your personal information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in India, and may be accessed by our service providers in other countries, including the United States and the European Union.

For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, when we transfer your personal information outside of these regions, we rely on legal safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other approved transfer mechanisms to ensure your information is protected to a standard equivalent to GDPR.
